how to join.
Once you've signed up, go to the LIFE ONLINE conference, and look for topics that start with "Community Building on the Web" -- that's where we're discussing the book. I encourage you to read through other topics in Life Online as well - there's a gold-mine of ideas there. Brainstorms is frequented by a number of savvy, experienced community-builders, and offers a wide range of discussion topics -- both academic and practical. Please note, however, that this is not a place where you can "strip-mine" the expertise of others without contributing your own ideas and experiences. It's built to be a two-way street -- a place where we're all learning from each other. Please keep this in mind as you're participating in the discussions. I look forward to seeing you online!  |
